Fifth RacMet Day, which is renewed as a celebration, a time of unity with the employees of Raccorderie Metalliche and their families. This year's theme was the 25th Anniversary of Pressfitting, featuring the tagline "The Home of pressfitting".

This year as well, RacMet Day is a moment of great intensity for us, and hopefully for all our colleagues too. It is the fifth edition. Participation is growing, and it is a great pleasure to share this evening with our team members. It is always delightful to meet not only the employees but also their families. Thus, we are pleased to host Avis, to which the company donates because it is believed that this Volunteer Association is vital, not just for this evening but for the entire region. And then, being here with our staff is a significant source of satisfaction.

This is the third year of RacMet Day. As AVIS of Campitello, it is an excellent source of pride to participate in this event, which facilitates engagement of Raccorderie Metalliche's employees with blood and plasma donation. Thanks are extended to all at Raccorderie Metalliche, the owners, Mr. Ceccardi, and the entire team for organising this remarkable event, with hopes of reconvening next year.

This year too, to mark RacMet Day, several initiatives have been launched to benefit employees, including awards for their deserving children. Indeed, the company has set up and regulated a scheme that allows for children of all employees who are leaving educational institutions with high marks to receive a financial reward from the company.

I would like to express my gratitude for your presence here this evening. Tonight, we are honouring two students who have excelled in their diploma and degree courses. Thank you, and let us proceed smoothly with the awards ceremony.

Tonight marks the fifth RacMet Day, a new celebration, a relaxed gathering for colleagues, friends, and families, aimed at encouraging togetherness in a distinctive way from the daily routine. The format is now well-established, with this year again featuring the participation and support from Avis of Campitello di Marcaria and the Municipality of Marcaria. Several entertainment zones have been set up, including a table football tournament, a popcorn area, a children's zone, magic shows suitable for both adults and children, and performances by acrobats and dancers. This year's theme celebrated the 25th Anniversary of pressfitting, branded under the slogan "The Home of Pressfitting". Consequently, a range of activities and decorations were organised around this theme. On one side stands Raccorderie Metalliche, epitomising the home of pressfitting, and on the other, the collaborators, who were affectionately termed the RacMet People or Pressfitting Lovers for the evening. The dedication, energy, and passion consistently invested are immense. The company really hopes that this year too everything has been appreciated and that everyone had fun.

Firstly, I would like to extend gratitude to everyone for participating in yet another RacMet Day, and for the substantial turnout. It is appropriate to start by acknowledging the Chairman of Avis, Mauro, as their support is the reason we are gathered here. I appreciate the entire Avis staff, still actively serving food and drinks, for their remarkable contribution. It is a pleasure to have such an extraordinary team with us. I would also like to invite Michele, our magician, whose performance was notably well-received and provided entertainment throughout the evening. Let's give a round of applause to Michele, who will remain here with us for a bit longer. Thank you, Michele. Thanks to Danilo, our DJ, who will continue to provide evening entertainment. Special appreciation to Siglacom and their full team for their dedication to delivering this service. Finally, recognition to the team at Raccorderie Metalliche, who have diligently worked to make all this achievable. Therefore, I express my gratitude: Rachele, Stefania, Isabella Beatrice, and Marco. Thank you all and thank you again for this wonderful experience.
