Copper Cu-DHP 99.9 /Brass CuZn21Si3P – CW724R /Bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2 – CC499K.

The fittings are made from lead-free ecological brass and high-quality DHP copper, available in sizes from 12 to 54 mm. It is precisely with this material that a direct comparison between Pressfitting and traditional methods, such as brazing, becomes evident, highlighting all the advantages of the Raccorderie Metalliche product. The fittings are equipped with a patented 'UNIKO profile' toroidal chamber. Users of profile V and profile M can choose our new UNIKO profile offering without investing in new equipment or developing new skills, as it can be pressed with both V and M profiles. The fittings are equipped with a toroidal chamber in the 'Uniko profile', optimised based on Raccorderie Metalliche's experience, within which an O-Ring developed by Raccorderie Metalliche is directly mounted at the factory, resulting from a patented innovation. The aesPRES UNIKO GAS range of fittings is certified by the most respected international bodies. Among the certifications achieved, some are designated for applications such as drinking water, heating and cooling, both open and closed water circuits, and natural gas systems.
