aesPRES UNIKO material

Copper Cu-DHP 99.9 / Brass CuZn21Si3P – CW724R / Bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2 – CC499K.

The fittings are made of eco-friendly lead-free brass and high-quality DHP copper and are available from 12 to 54 mm. It is precisely with this material that an immediate comparison can be made between pressfitting and traditional methods such as brazing, highlighting all the advantages of the Raccorderie Metalliche product. The fittings are equipped with a toroidal chamber with a patented “UNIKO profile”. Users of V and M profiles can choose our new UNIKO profile solution without investing in new tools or skills, as it can be pressed with both M and V profiles. The fittings feature a toroidal chamber with a “UNIKO profile” optimized based on Raccorderie Metalliche’s experience, inside which an O-Ring developed by Raccorderie Metalliche is factory-installed, resulting from a patented innovation. The aesPRES UNIKO range is certified by the most recognized international bodies. Among the certifications obtained, some are specifically for applications such as drinking water, heating and cooling systems, open and closed water circuits, and natural gas installations.
