Raccorderie Metalliche has developed a dedicated range featuring O-Rings and special markings: inoxPRES GAS, aesPRES GAS and aesPRES UNIKO GAS, in stainless steel, copper/bronze, and copper/brass materials, respectively.

inoxPRES GAS

This is the pressfitting system for pipes and fittings in CrNiMo 1.4404 (AISI 316L) alloy steel from Ø15 to Ø108mm.

Highly resistant to corrosion, it preserves the quality of the gas contained within. These are directly equipped with HNBR O-Rings at the factory. The blend has been developed for this specific application and is yellow in colour. Each fitting is individually marked and leaves the factory with a yellow label and a GAS O-Ring to streamline and facilitate installation.

In copper DHP 99.9 (CW024A), bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2 (CC449K) and brass CuZn21Si3P (CW724R) are the ranges of press fittings from Ø15 to Ø54mm from Raccorderie Metalliche.

Copper is a material known for its high resistance to corrosion and with a great tradition in the field of natural gas. These are directly equipped with HNBR O-Rings at the factory. The mixture has been developed for this specific application. Each fitting also has a unique marking, featuring a yellow RM GAS logo. Each fitting leaves the factory with markings and a GAS O-Ring, simplifying and expediting installation.
