Raccorderie Metalliche products were used for the construction of heating and cooling systems at the new temporary hospital built in Apulia in the northern area of the Fiera del Levante built at the beginning of 2021 to accommodate more than 100 doctors and more than 150 Covid-19 patients in Apulia (and beyond).

The steelPRES range - in carbon steel - made it possible to respond to the requests of designers to quickly build the facility's systems. The pressfitting systems by Raccorderie Metalliche in fact guarantee a seal equal to that of traditional welds taking only a third of the time to be installed. It reduces construction times and it is safe: the joint is made at room temperature, it does not require glues, resins or open flames allowing the installer to work safely even in contact with flammable materials or substances.

The advantages of the solution proposed by Raccorderie Metalliche were:
