inoxPRES Oversize is the range used by Raccorderie Metalliche to build the heating system in the boiler room of a company in Milan, a leading company in the diaper industry. The company needed a quick installation, to avoid having to stop its production plants for too long. Thanks to the high corrosion resistance and ease of installation, the Raccorderie Metalliche solution allowed the customer to have a safe and efficient system in a very short time: the time required for pressing an Oversize fitting was in fact quantified by 2 minutes and 21 seconds, against the 45 minutes that would have been needed to weld a fitting of the same diameter. The inoxPRES Oversize range is a range in AISI 316L stainless steel available in diameters 139.7 and 168.3 mm. All ranges of pressfittings by Raccorderie Metalliche are also fitted with special O-Rings, with a patented profile, which ensure a resistance to temperatures between -20 °C and +120 °C and a maximum pressure PN16.
