For about a couple of years, a Welcome Kit was provided to all new recruits aiming at making them feel already part of the RacMet family, thus providing them with all the essential information in an organized manner once.

A real kit that consists of a shopper, water bottle and a brochure containing all the useful information about the company. The map of the values of Raccorderie Metalliche is furthermore available, a guide to follow and be inspired in orienting towards new objectives; the history of the company and the Ceccardi family; the map and location of the departments; the most requested information, as well as useful numbers and much more.
