Pressfitting systems within the walls of the convent

The Cantina Ca’ dei Frati, located in Lugana di Sirmione, has been known since 1782, an activity that has now lasted for four generations of winemakers of the Dal Cero family thanks to a careful observation of the territory and the behaviour of the vine.

Raccorderie Metalliche products are present in many of the rooms of the cellar. In particular, a cooling system was built for the storage of wine inside the tanks. A project studied in detail to respect, facilitate and enhance the wine production process.
