Gender Equality Certification

Raccorderie Metalliche has launched the process aimed at obtaining Gender Equality Certification in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022, the national standard that promotes the adoption of policies and practices focused on equity, inclusion, and the enhancement of people within organisations.

This initiative represents a further step in the company’s growth journey and stems from the desire to make even more tangible the principles that have always guided the way we operate: respect for people, equal opportunities, recognition of skills and competencies, and attention to organisational well-being.
