Success for the Teaching Collaboration Project with the ITIS Fermi high school in Mantua

The educational collaboration project with the ITIS Fermi high school in Mantua, managed by Massimo Tassi, ended with the participation of classes 5B and 5C, mechatronic specialisation.

The project stems from the need to strengthen school-work relations aimed at bringing greater awareness in mechanically oriented educational institutions about what are the professional skills required to work within companies and what should be the knowledge to be able to face them.

The fundamental topics representing the so-called industrial area of the companies on which the students were called upon to reason were developed and discussed by virtue of both the academic knowledge obtained in the 5 years and the training and practical support offered by Raccorderie Metalliche through the aid of specific technical brochures relating to standards, materials, heat treatments and tools.

For a week now, Raccorderie Metalliche was also pleased to welcome a fourth-year student from the Electrical and Electronics Department of the Enrico Fermi high school in Mantua, on an exciting internship course.

The student was placed in the technical heart of our company, that is, in the Robotics and Software Office, coordinated by Marco Marsiletti. This experience represents a unique opportunity to observe and actively participate in the development of the software necessary for the operation of our cutting-edge production machines.

During the internship, the student will have the opportunity to deepen their technical and practical skills, directly assisting in the creation and implementation of PLC, graphics and HMI programs through the use of advanced simulation tools. At the end of this training course, he will be able to independently develop parts of crucial programs for our industry.
