"Raccorderie Metalliche announces two important events at the RacMet Academy, dedicated to a theme of growing importance in the world of work and personal life: burnout.
Dr. Jacopo Ascari, a clinical psychologist, will lead these sessions with the aim of providing a better understanding of this phenomenon, its causes, and strategies for addressing it effectively.

Thursday, 27 March from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., the theme of the meeting is: Burnout: Understanding a Multifaceted Phenomenon in the Workplace.
From the definition of the concept to the effects on the psyche. Empathetic Listening and Psychological Interviewing: Possible Treatment Approaches.

Thursday, 10 March from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., the theme of the meeting is: Burnout: Exploring Symptoms and Beyond.
Anxiety and depression: symptoms of burnout syndrome and silent suffering.

These meetings offer a valuable opportunity to explore the topic of psychological well-being in an informal and welcoming setting. At the end of each meeting, refreshments will be provided to foster discussion and sharing among attendees.

The meetings will take place at the Raccorderie Metalliche Academy, located at Via del Progresso 1/bis in Campitello di Marcaria.
