More and more attention paid to training and personal professional growth.

On 31/07/2018 the first course of the project RM Academy finished, in co-operation with Technical Specialty of Randstad, opened to machine tool operators.

100 hours theoretical training in class and a full time job, 13 participants, 8 specialised sector professors and production technicians, and 6 dedicated units to the use of measuring units and machine tools, to general and mechanical technical training besides safety. These are the figures of the first RM Academy project.

The course was for all the participants a concrete opportunity to be informed on the company dynamics, such as production and to gradually learn its complexity and specificity for a correct operating activity enforcement.

At the end of the course, each candidate received an attendance certificate.
