Stainless steel; austenitic bonded Cr-Ni-Mo AISI 316L stainless steel (material No 1.4404). InoxPRES pressfitting systems are made of stainless steel AISI 316L, which, unlike AISI 316, have a lower carbon content that gives steel a greater resistance to corrosion.
