RacMet Ladies 2024

03/08/2024

Raccorderie Metalliche dedicates a special moment to its female employees, to thank them for their commitment and dedication to work, which they renew every day with passion and enthusiasm.
An important moment dedicated to women, to recognize the fundamental role they play in work, family and society.
This year for the RacMet Ladies, a moment of self-care was organised, with a Hara Care session led by the teachers of the ArteMassaggio di Pilastro School and a personalised consultation with the Image Consultant and Personal Shopper Rossella Santini
Annamaria Bertazzoni - Head of Purchasing Department Raccorderie Metalliche
It is always thrilling to participate in these events, as it is an honour to be part of a company that values its employees so highly.

Today's experience is as wonderful as every year, it renews itself annually, continuously improving and greatly enjoyed. The massage experience is outstanding, and it must be said, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Expressing gratitude to the Ceccardi family for celebrating our International Women's Day, we are very pleased, thank you.
Loretta Zani - Pilastro Department at Raccorderie Metalliche
Thanks are extended to Raccorderie Metalliche for organising an event for the employees each year, creating a positive and gratifying work environment for everyone at the Ceccardi family company.
Antonella Ceccardi - Head of International Procurement Raccorderie Metalliche
Today marks the fourth edition of the celebration for International Women's Day, specifically honouring our RacMet Ladies. Also this year, as in previous ones, a service has been organised. A particularly significant initiative involves the food bank, for which all Raccorderie Metalliche have been requested to provide donations, which will support the bank owned by the Municipality of Marcaria. A space dedicated to our team features an image consultant, Mrs. Rossella Santini, who will guide us in choosing the colours that most flatter us. Then, as always, as every year, we continue with the Pilastro massage art school, which will host a session dedicated to us titled "Air Care." We highly value this event because we believe that individuals are truly a source of strength in both the workplace and family environments, due to their ability to be present and supportive in various aspects and spaces. Therefore, we must continually empower these individuals to always redeem themselves and overturn such situations. Therefore, best wishes to everyone.
Sig.ra Luigina Bertazzoni - Volunteer at the Food Bank
The food bank is operated by the Marcaria Volunteer Group Association. Each month, it retrieves roughly 400 to 600 kilograms of food supplies from our Verona location. In addition to the items collected from Verona, there are also local businesses that supply foodstuffs or make contributions to our food bank, which we then distribute to families in need. Thanks are extended to Raccorderie Metalliche for graciously inviting us to this event. Today, as we acknowledge women, it's crucial to recognise that their celebration should extend beyond just today. Appreciation is also expressed for your efforts.
Rossella Santini - Image Consultant
I am an image consultant and a personal shopper. Today, the focus here will specifically be on colour analysis. A system known as the fabric drapes method is employed, in which drapes are positioned beneath an individual's face to identify the most enhancing and appropriate colour for each person. Thus, the colour that most complements, depending on our chromatic combination and our skin tone.
Raffaella Gazzoni - Owner of the School of ArtMassage
Today, for International Women's Day, we are proposing a self-massage treatment for the abdomen, known as Ara Care, which involves caring for one's Ara. In Eastern languages, 'Ara' specifically refers to the body's centre and is indicative of balance. Therefore, in Western terminology, it suggests that maintaining balance in our intestine and abdomen leads to overall personal equilibrium. Today, a system is presented for self-care at home, incorporating breathing and abdominal self-massage techniques. Therefore, caring for the gut equates to maintaining the psychophysical condition, supporting the immune system, and preserving overall balance.
