Raccorderie Metalliche recognizes the importance of the continuous training
Raccorderie Metalliche recognizes the importance of the continuous training
03/23/2018
Raccorderie Metalliche implements as new digital training project, in co-operation with IFOA, an agency which has been operating in the training sector for 40 years and more precisely in the IT and digital sectors.
Continuous training, suggested for the first time in the metalworking sector, represents a unique opportunity of professional growth of the operators, thus becoming more independent, reliable and productive, increasing their motivation to be directly involved in the company activity. Raccorderie Metalliche, early renewing the company labor contract for 2018/2020, agreed a continuous training programmed aimed to update, improve and develop the professional competences starting from an IT literacy.
229 workers will take part to the course, divided in 3 different levels (basic, intermediate and advanced), according to a competence evaluation process enforced in 2017. Each course will be divided n modules consecrated to specific subjects, from the PC operation to Windows and the use of internet and e-mail, finally security in the use of the MS Office packaged and the presentation of the new portal consecrated to the internal procedures. The first courses will start next Saturday 24.03 by the classes of IFOA in Borgochiesanuova, Mantua.
Raccorderie Metalliche has always been paying a due attention to training not only of its workers but of its installers, offering a series of updating activities, but also in schools as well closed to young people still to enter the working sector, as the company strongly believes that people make a difference, while evolving and professionally growing.
