Webinar on the occasion of the international day for the elimination of violence against women

On 25 November, on the occasion of the international day for the elimination of violence against women, Raccorderie Metalliche organized a webinar dedicated to spreading and raising awareness among workers on the issues of violence and gender discrimination against women.
The event was organized in co-operation with the Libellula Foundation. The Foundation organizes within companies customised activities of information and awareness on violence and gender discrimination, to concretely intervene at the cultural level.

Companies are an ideal place to talk and raise awareness about these topics, as they are a hub where people spend most of the day, creating relationships and interpersonal interactions with colleagues.
A company paying the due attention and involved on the issues of violence and discrimination will not only encourage a climate of dialogue and discussion, but it will also make prevention by spreading awareness, security and listening to all those who need it.

Raccorderie Metalliche wants to be part of this change, informing and sensitizing its workers to promote the development of equality, respect and inclusion for all women within its working environment, not only within the company but also spreading this culture among people as to allow them to transfer it also in their everyday life.
