Let's talk about solar thermal with Raccorderie Metalliche systems.
The solar thermal system is more and more used for both new buildings and refurbishments.
The pipes connecting the solar panels and the sanitary water system are generally made of three types of materials:
- carbon steel (for the primary circuit)
- copper or stainless steel (for both the primary and secondary circuits)
Raccorderie Metalliche produces three pressfitting systems with these materials:
- steelPRES system (in carbon steel)
- aesPRES system (in copper)
- inoxPRES system (in AISI 316L stainless steel)
As for the primary circuit, where temperatures can be higher than 120° C, the products by Raccorderie Metalliche include special green O-Rings that resist up to 220° C, exclusively designed for fittings intended for solar systems.
All 3 Raccorderie Metalliche systems include a series of pressfitting systems allowing easy coupling with the various equipment, present in solar systems.
