Let's talk about gas installations with the Raccorderie Metalliche systems.
For some years, European regulations allowed the use of pressfitting systems for methane and gas counter distribution installations.
Stainless steel and copper are accepted as materials for pressfitting systems.
Raccorderie Metalliche produces 4 types of ranges with both materials:
- inoxPRES gas in 316L stainless steel with M profile
- inoxPRES uniko gas in AISI316L steel with a profile compatible with both M and V jaws
- aesPRES copper gas with M profile
- aesPRES uniko gas with a profile compatible with both M and V jaws
All these systems include fittings allowing easy coupling with the various pre-existing installations.
In compliance with the regulations, all fittings in the 4 ranges of Raccorderie Metalliche are externally marked in yellow and they are equipped with a specific yellow O-Ring. The 4 ranges of Raccorderie Metalliche can be installed using a single tooling, consisting of a pressing tool and jaws generally owned by all the installation companies.
